This is just one demo track which Phil engineered at The Marquee Studios, and was produced by the band themselves. Phil reckons the band may have been called "The Hepcats" or similar at the time.
My own enquiries have prompted some curt emails from the ABBA fan club, who despite their name are not actually based in South Wales:
"... the expert said it is definitely not ABBA. I double checked this new fact with him too but ABBA did their own mixing, they had their own engineer. He never heard about Phil Dunne or any outsider being involved ..."
and another similar one from the Universal record label:
"...ABBA has not recorded anything at The Marquee so this cannot be an ABBA track."
I would have thought that actually being there in the studio recording the session gave Phil a distinct advantage over any "experts", anyway have a listen...
